Tri-City Concrete is a family owned business, operated by the same family since opening. We sell building supply materials, including u-haul ready mix concrete, sack cement, specialty tools and assorted sack concrete and gravel products as well as an array of sand, gravel, assorted rock and concrete materials that are both available through customer pick-up and delivery.

Our current operating hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Operating for more than 50 years, we are proud of our loyal customer base that is primarily composed of 45 percent small contractors and area municipalities and 55 percent homeowners from Pleasant Hill, Concord, Martinez and surrounding cities.

We believe in supporting our community and have donated to Little League Baseball, De La Salle High School and local public schools with financial donations and supplies. Other organizations we proudly support include Meals on Wheels, Hope League and the Salvation Army.

Albert DeBeaumont founded Tri-City Concrete with his son, John, in 1963. The business operated continuously in Pleasant Hill until late 2011 when the county evicted the business because it wanted to plant trees along the Iron Horse Regional Trail. The business closed for nearly two years while John searched for a new location. In October 2013 Tri-City Concrete reopened on a limited basis at 987 Waterbird Way, Martinez, and now proudly is providing most of the services that it did many years ago.

John is a lifelong resident of the Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek and he and his wife, Cathi, raised their three children here. His son, Paul, and grandson, Tyler, have joined him in carrying on the family tradition at Tri-City.
